Description: THE PLOT- Lets face it Hogwart's has never been safe. The mythical creaturse roam freely, the magical community had fought long and hard. Yet nothing seems to work. The order has all vanished. Gone up in flames shortly after Voldemort's reign had been ended. The deatheater's of old had been locked up, or simply put to death.
Yet still, something's gathering upon the horizon. Something dark, something sinister and definitely something powerful. Everyone can feel it. Something is coming and neither the magical community or the mythical creatures, seem to be prepared.
When will there be freedom for everyone to be equal once more? When suddenly two members who had worked along side in the Ministry has broken out attempting to over rule the world.
Many deaths have suddenly started to break out, as these two powerful witch or wizards whose identities are currently unknown to the world at the current time are in battle against each other.
The views on how the world should work are completely different and so is beginning a war as one wishes for only pure born to rule the world trying to also rid of anyone with special powers of gifts...
The other believes only half breed and magical creatures should belong to earth or anyone unique and has a special talant is ok to live!.
And so while the ministry is attempting to keep a low profile and keep anyone form finding out, some sneaky git has betrayed them and given word to the daily profit and panic starts to uprise at the sudden word of war begins. A lot of people are forced to hide what their blood status is in fear for their lives, while others rise up proudly and unafraid. There are also those who are in loyalty to these two powerful beings and would do anything to be by there side as they try to recruit half breeds or pure borns to help destroy anyone who isn’t of their group.
Wonder who’s side you belong to? When will the fighting and killing stop?
Clear Lake, Iowa. The cutest little town you ever did see.
Looking
at it now, through all of those old home videos, it's faded and old,
but still the same lake-side town its always been. The year is 1959.
This town, this year, it's the location of the day when the music died.
Such a sad story, really. Clear Lake is the hometown for Surf Ballroom;
the place where Buddy Holly's last show was. This plane crash is the
one that killed Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and J.P. Richardson. That
crash changed all of Clear Lake. I guess that the people of the town
felt guilty. It's quite depressing, I would say, that it all happened
here. Unfair, even. The country, and the town, is finally getting over
all of this. And, that, is the best part of all.
This town is a
happy one, filled with all of those hippies and peace-keepers. The lake
keeps everyone sane. The water must have a calming effect or something,
I swear. It's like, everyone knows everyone here, but because it's so
small, there's always new people coming, making new introductions.
Happiness, sadness, anger, peace, love. You can get everything here.
I'd say that there's your town crazies, the rich snobs, the lowly
hobos, and the comfortable middle-class folk.
One
of the best things about this town (other than the people and the lake,
of course), would be all of the shops. They're owned by the citizens
here, and practically every job there is in this town is working in one
of those shops, or something dealing with the lake. Listing all of them
would be hard, but here goes. There's the rehab center, the salon, the
dress shop and boutique, the music/art center, the golf course, the
pottery shop, those farms on the outskirts of town, the vintage Irish
pub, all of the restaurants and soda shops, a handful of churches, and
the only coffee shop in the county. All of these places say something
about the town.
Clear Lake, Iowa is a real town, and that crash really did happen. If I could live anywhere, it would be here. Well, other than New York, but whatever. It's the place to be. This RPG is set in 1959, obviously, and you can pretty much do anything you want. Go crazy, darlings. It's all about fun here.
